Read, watch, and listen to anything and everything educational you can get your hands on and/or have time for. Stay open minded and curious. Be willing to challenge your beliefs. You’ll be amazed at how your life can transform as a result.

Here is a list of some of the books I’ve read, podcasts I listen to, documentaries I’ve watched, and doctors/researchers I trust. While I recommend everything and everyone I post here, I usually do not support 100% of the information found in most of the resources. Like everything in life, personal biases play a role in what information is presented. However, there are common threads throughout all the literature that can be applied in order to achieve a healthy lifestyle that will drastically decrease your odds and your family’s odds of getting a chronic illness and improve your family life. Listening to your body and experimenting can help you fine tune your journey to optimal health.
